Within the framework of the event, an exhibition is scheduled to open onNovember 8 to introduce the land and people of Cambodia to Vietnamese peoplethrough photos, traditional costumes, Khmer kites and musical instruments.
Special art performances to be staged by Cambodian artists will take place atthe Hanoi-based Opera House and in Ha Long city on November 8-10.
Cambodia is home to UNESCO-recognised Angkor, one of the most importantarchaeological sites in Southeast Asia, Preah Vihear Temple, the Sambo Prei Kokarchaeological site and Khmer dance.
