Hanoi (VNA) – National flag carrier VietnamAirlines will open a new air route connecting Nha Trang city in the centralcoastal province of Khanh Hoa with Seoul capital city of the Republic of Korea(RoK) on March 25.
The airline will operate four flights per week withAirbus A321 aircraft to meet the increasing travel demand of passengers betweenthe two countries.
The flights from Cam Ranh airport in Nha Trang citywill depart at 21.35 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, while thosefrom Incheon airport in Seoul will take off at 6:20 (local time) on Mondays,Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
The airline said this is its fourth air route linkinga locality of Vietnam with Seoul after the Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City/Da Nang –Seoul routes.
The new route marks an important step in theimplementation of a cooperation deal on trade, tourism and aviation promotionsigned by the Khanh Hoa People’s Committee and Vietnam Airlines in October2017.
On the occasion, Vietnam Airlines is set to launch apromotional programme until April 30 offering round-trip tickets from 5.29million VND (232 USD) for flights departing between March 25 and April 30.
In addition, Golden Lotus members flying from NhaTrang to Seoul within one month from March 25 will receive 1,000-2,000 bonusmiles in their accounts.
