A sculpture camp celebrating 40 years of Ho Chi Minh City’s development and integration is scheduled to open in the southern hub on November 15.
According to Hua Ngoc Thuan, Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee, the camp will contribute to the formation of outdoor art creation space, raising aesthetic awareness among residents and developing tourism.
All participating artwork should allude to a growing dynamic city with friendly and active locals.
Preparation activities have begun to present the event and hold a workshop on public sculpture, among others.
The camp will take place at District 9’s history-culture-ethic park through December.-VNA
