Hanoi (VNA) -Vietnamese midfielder Nguyen Thi Tuyet Dung is one of the eight importantplayers at the upcoming Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Women’s Asian CupJordan 2018.

Before the event kicks offin April, the website took a look at the players who will play a pivotal rolefor their respective teams.
The website described Dungas a winger blessed with pace and skill, who regularly pulled the creativestrings and added four goals of her own as Vietnam ran riot to find the net 27times in four qualifying matches.
Dung won the Vietnam Playerof the Year award in 2014 and was a runner-up in 2015 and 2017.

At the AFC event, Vietnam are inGroup B, together with the continental powerhouses of defending champions Japan, theRepublic of Korea and Australia.
