The VNA, a press agency with a long tradition in photography, has initiated and run five editions of the awards so far to honour outstanding and creative works and their authors.
The 2023 awards, the 6th edition of its kind, calls for entries to diversely reflect all aspects of life.
Eligible candidates are Vietnamese and foreign citizens.
The photos submitted must be taken between January 1, 2022 and August 15, 2023.
Participants are allowed to submit their works from June 21 to August 15, with the awards ceremony slated for September.
As part of the awards, a display of photos by seven veteran Vietnam News Agency journalists is underway at the agency's headquarters./.
