Vietnam culinary culture festival 2023 to take place in late April

The Vietnamese culinary culture festival 2023 will get underway from April 28 to April 30 at Cua Viet tourist site in Gio Linh district in the central province of Quang Tri.

Hanoi (VNA) - The Vietnamese culinary culture festival 2023 will getunderway from April 28 to April 30 at Cua Viet tourist site in Gio Linhdistrict in the central province of Quang Tri.

The event aims to promote the country’s impressive cultural space with about 80booths popularising specialties of the northern, central, and southern regions,reported Radio the Voice of Vietnam (VOV).

According to Nguyen Trung Khanh, General Director of the Vietnam NationalAdministration of Tourism (VNAT), the festival will contribute to honouring thediversity and uniqueness of Vietnamese cuisine in general, with a specificfocus on that of the central region in particular.

During the duration of the event, the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine willbe performed by renowned chefs. They will demonstrate not only cookingtechniques, but also the values of each dish and drink.

Furthermore, art performances will be held every evening, aiming to excitecrowds during the festival./.

Over 100 burials from 4000 years ago discovered in Hanoi

Festival promotes Vietnam-RoK cultural exchange

A cultural festival has been held in Uijeongbu city of the Republic of Korea (RoK)'s Gyeonggi province to mark the 10th anniversary of the Vietnam Women’s Association (VWA) in the country.

Hanoi Ao dai dance marks Vietnamese women’s day
