The event aims to promote the country’s impressive cultural space with about 80booths popularising specialties of the northern, central, and southern regions,reported Radio the Voice of Vietnam (VOV).
According to Nguyen Trung Khanh, General Director of the Vietnam NationalAdministration of Tourism (VNAT), the festival will contribute to honouring thediversity and uniqueness of Vietnamese cuisine in general, with a specificfocus on that of the central region in particular.
During the duration of the event, the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine willbe performed by renowned chefs. They will demonstrate not only cookingtechniques, but also the values of each dish and drink.
Furthermore, art performances will be held every evening, aiming to excitecrowds during the festival./.
