Thailand enter AFF Suzuki Cup semi-finals

Thailand defeated Singapore 3-0 in the final Group B match of the Asean Football Federation (AFF) Suzuki Cup in Bangkok, Thailand, on November 25.

Hanoi (VNA) – Thailand defeated Singapore3-0 in the final Group B match of the Asean Football Federation (AFF) SuzukiCup in Bangkok, Thailand, on November 25.

The result meant that Singapore finished third in the five-team Group B withsix points from four games, winning twice (1-0 against Indonesia and 6-1against Timor-Leste), and losing twice (0-1 against the Philippines and 0-3against Thailand).

The Thais entered the semi-finals as Group B winners, followed by thePhilippines, who drew 0-0 with Indonesia on November 25.

The semi-finals will take place on December 1-2 and December 5-6.

Two-time defending champions Thailand play Group A runners-up Malaysia whileGroup A winners Vietnam take on the Philippines.-VNA

Over 100 burials from 4000 years ago discovered in Hanoi
