Stamp collection features global geoparks in Vietnam

The Ministry of Information and Communications has issued a stamp collection featuring three global geoparks of Vietnam, to promote their values and beauty.

Hanoi (VNA) – The Ministry of Information andCommunications has issued a stamp collection featuring three global geoparks ofVietnam, to promote their values and beauty.

The collection comprises three designs and one block withimages of Dong Van Karst Plateau in Ha Giang province and Non Nuoc Cao BangGeopark in Cao Bang province, both in the north of Vietnam, together with DakNong Geopark in the Central Highlands province of the same name.

[Non Nuoc Cao Bang receives UNESCO global geopark status]

The three geoparks received official recognition byUNESCO in 2010, 2018 and 2020, respectively.

[Dak Nong Geopark earns global status]

The collection was designed by painter Nguyen Du of theVietnam Post and will be available from October 30, 2021 to June 30, 2023./.

Over 100 burials from 4000 years ago discovered in Hanoi

Festival promotes Vietnam-RoK cultural exchange

Hanoi Ao dai dance marks Vietnamese women’s day
