Filmmakers, producers, distributors,and broadcasters can submit works via an online application form, with a registration deadline of April10.
The Science Film Festival is acelebration of science communication in Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa, theMiddle East, and Latin America. In cooperation with local partners, it promotesscience literacy and facilitates awareness of contemporary scientific,technological, and environmental issues through international films withaccompanying educational activities. The event has grown considerably since itsfirst edition in 2005, becoming the largest event of its kind worldwide.
The Science Film Festival 2020 attractedover 800,000 people in 27 countries in these regions. Amid COVID-19, many filmswere screened online, with 200,000 views./.
