Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set the dailyreference exchange rate at 22,747 VND/USD on the morning of November 29, unchangedfrom November 28.

With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied bycommercial banks for the day is 23,428 VND/USD and the floor rate is 22,066VND/USD.

At commercial banks, the price of USD rose slightly.

At 8:00, Vietcombank posted 23,295 – 23,385 VND/USD for its buying andselling rates, down by 5 VND from November 28.

At BIDV, the buying and selling rates were 23,295 – 23,385 VND/USD, down by 5 VND.

Techcombank offered 22,975 – 23,385 VND/USD as its buying and selling rates, downby 5 VND. –VNA
