Hanoi (VNA) - Thedaily reference exchange rate is unchanged on November 28 at 22,747 VND perUSD.

 With the current trading band of  +/- 3percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,428VND/USD and the floor rate 22,066 VND/USD.

 The opening hour rates at commercial banks alsostayed stable.

 Vietcombank kept both rates at the same levelsas on November 27, listing the buying rate at 23,300 VND/USD and the sellingrate at 23,390 VND/USD.

 Techcombank also maintained both ratesunchanged from the previous day, at 22,980 VND/USD (buying) and 23,390 VND/USD(selling).

 The rates listed by BIDV went up 10 VND to 23,300VND/USD (buying) and 23,390 VND/USD (selling).-VNA
