Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank set the reference VND/USD exchangerate at 22,154 VND per USD on December 21, up 6 VND from the day before.

Withthe current /- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is22,818 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,490 VND per USD.

Inthe opening hour, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,720 VND per USD, andthe selling rate at 22,790 VND per USD, both up 5 VND.

BIDVoffered the buying rate at 22,715 VND per USD and the selling rate at 22,785per USD, both down 5 VND.

In Vietinbank, the buying rate was listed 22,730 VND per one USD, up 20 VND, whilethe selling rate was 22,800 VND per one USD, up 10 VND from the previous day.
 
Eximbankbought one USD for 22,700 VND and sold one USD for 22,800 VND, unchanged fromDecember 20.-VNA
