The opening hour rates listed at commercial banks saw slight changes.
Vietcombank raised both its buying and selling rates by 10 VND, with thebuying rate set at 22,715 VND and the selling rate at 22,785 VND.
At BIDV, both rates went up 15 VND from December 19, standing at 22,720VND (buying) and 22,790 VND (selling) per USD.
At Eximbank, the buying rate was listed at 22,700 VND per USD, and theselling rate, 22,800 VND per USD, both up 10 VND from December 19.
The buying rate at Vietinbank was reduced by 10 VND from the previousday to 22,710 VND per USD, but the selling rate remained unchanged at 22,790VND.-VNA
