He joined in a peace-praying festival by Lo Lo group from the northern province of Ha Giang.
Adding to the air of festivity is various one-of-a-kind customs, ahorse-racing competition or rituals of new rice offering.
The three-day festival is co-hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sportsand Tourism, the village’s management board and the Vietnam FatherlandFront Central Committee.-VNA
