The British trance trio Above & Beyond will take the stage at a one-night only show next month at the Ho Tram Resort Casino Vietnam, Asia's only beachfront integrated resort in the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
Formed in 2000, the London trio, including Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness and Paavo Siljmaki, and has become a staple of the world's top DJ lists ever since.
Their mega hit What It Feels Like for a Girl was remixed from Madonna's original and took the charts by storm.
Follow-up efforts have become Billboard top albums and established the group at the forefront of electronic dance music.
They have been consistently ranked among DJ Magazine's Top 100 DJs Poll, having placed fourth in 2008 and 2009, fifth in 2010 and 2011, and most recently 25th in 2014.
"We all know they are a legend of trance music," Mai Duy Bao, GM of Integration Communication Group, founder of Escape Music Festival, said.
"Beyond being pillars of the global DJ community, Above & Beyond are recognised composers and songwriters who stage productions that have mesmerised audiences the world over."
The event is co-organised by Escape Music Festival, a local event organiser with numerous high profile acts in its impressive portfolio, and the New York-based BelieveEvent.
The Above & Beyond show on September 19 will feature all of their hits, promising to bring a new experience to the electronic dance music community.
Alongside Above & Beyond will be a roster of international and local support acts in a six-hour music festival expected to wow up to 6,000 revelers at the beachside site located around two hours from HCM City.
