President MaithripalaSirisena and Prime Minister Rani Wickremesinghe of Sri Lanka cabled theirmessages of congratulations to President Tran Dai Quang and Prime MinisterNguyen Xuan Phuc.

President ofAzerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of Hungary Áder János and President ofTurkmenistan G. Berdimuhamedov sent their greetings to President Tran DaiQuang.

President of theChamber of Deputies of Romania Liviu Dragnea conveyed his congratulations toChairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.

Sri Lankan ForeignMinister Tilak Marapana and Romanian Foreign Minister Teodor Melescanu extendedtheir greetings to Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh.-VNA
