Ly Hoang Nam into India F3 Futures’ semi-final

Vietnamese tennis player Ly Hoang Nam will enter the semi-final of the men’s singles of the India F3 Futures tennis tournament after defeating Singh Karunuday of the host country on March 15.

Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnamesetennis player Ly Hoang Nam will enter the semi-final of the men’s singles ofthe India F3 Futures tennis tournament after defeating Singh Karunuday of thehost country on March 15.

Nam, ranked 475 in the world and thetournament’s No.3 seed, won both sets 6-1 in a rapid 53 minutes in India’sChandigarh city. The Vietnamese player had lost their two previous meetings.

In the semi-final on March 16, Namwill face Spanish player Boluda Purkiss, the No.2 seed.-VNA

Over 100 burials from 4000 years ago discovered in Hanoi

Archaeologists from the Vietnam Institute of Archaeology, the Hanoi Museum and the Hanoi University of Social Sciences and Humanities have announced the discovery of over 70 graves from the pre-Dong Son period and 40 graves from Dong Son period at the Vuon Chuoi archaeological relic in Kim Chung commune, Hoai Duc district.

Festival promotes Vietnam-RoK cultural exchange

Hanoi Ao dai dance marks Vietnamese women’s day
