The Vietnamese team beat Hitech 101-87, an overthrow after theylost 73-99 on March 11.
The Buffaloes were better from the beginning and ended the firstquarter at 25-19.
Hitech proved their power in the secondquarter and narrowed the score when the Buffaloes’ Dat "Doc" wasinjured and Matthew Van Pelt left with a nosebleed. The score was 46-45 for thevisitors.
The third quarter saw Hitech’s rising in thefirst minutes, but their captain, A.Scharer, had a bad day and the entire teamleaned on Q Alexander.
The Buffaloes, on the other hand, played wellin the last two quarters, with Justin Young and Steven Demon Thomas scoringmany points.
The game ended 101-87 and forced the two sidesto play a third match on March 14.
The Buffaloes became the third team in the tournament, afterMono Vampire and Mono Thew, to defeat Hitech. The Vietnamese club and MonoVampire had been the only two to score more than 100 points against Hitech thisseason.-VNA
