The event exhibits the photos thatgave the world a panorama of the resistance war to gain independenceand freedom of the Vietnamese people that ended 40 years ago.
The highlights include Malcolm Browne’s photograph of the VenerableThich Quang Duc who set himself on fire in a protest against the formerSaigon government in 1963 and Nick Ut’s photo of a 9-year-old girlburned by napalm bomb in 1972.
Four Pulitzer prize-winning photographs also are on display.
