Hanoi (VNA) - Cyclists will pedal through Vietnam, Laos and Cambodiain the upcoming Nam Ky Khoi Nghia cycling tournament, VOH Cup, the event’sorganising board has announced.
It is the first time in Vietnamese cycling a race has been held in multiplecountries.
The event begins on December 10 in Ho Chi Minh City.
Cyclists will compete in 12 stages over a total length of nearly 1,750km,through the provinces of Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc (Viet Nam); Kratie, Stung Treng(Cambodia); Champasak, Sekong, Attapeu (Laos); KonTum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, KhanhHoa and then return to HCM City.
The race has belonged to the national competition system since 2009.
It will run until December 22.-VNA
