Ninh Thuan (VNA) – A collection ofover 350 pottery artefacts dating back to the 14th-19th century of the Chamethnic minority group are being displayed at an exhibition that opened in the southcentral province of Ninh Thuan on December 8.
The objects, including ceramic vases and teapots, were collected by Thai Hung Lam from Da Lat city in the Central Highlandprovince of Lam Dong.
Ho Si Son, Deputy Director of the Department ofCulture, Sports and Tourism of Ninh Thuan province, said the collection isspecial in both quantity and quality with historical and artistic values.
The exhibition aims to introduce visitors aboutthe unique features of pottery making of the Cham ethnic people in Ninh Thuan.
It will be open to the public until May 8,2019.-VNA
