HCM City (VNA) - One-hundred fashion models will perform in The Muse 2 showby fashion designer Do Manh Cuong of Ho Chi Minh City to usher in the New Year.
Top fashion models Hoang Thuy, Le Thuy, Mau Thuy and Thuy Trang will be featured, and movie stars Diem My andTang Thanh Ha will appear together with young pop singer Toc Tien.
The Muse 2 will feature Cuong’s 100 designsfrom collections that led to the designer’s fame over the last 10 years. Theclothes, for female and male, used high-quality materials including satin,silk and velvet.

Ready-to-wear clothes can be seenin vibrant colours like golden yellow, lemon green, scarlet and lotus pink.
“My show is a gift to my fans,”said 36-year-old Cuong, a graduate of the Ecole Chambre Syndicale dela Couture Parisienme.
Cuong graduated from the HanoiUniversity of Industrial Fine Arts in 2003. He then moved to Paris where helived for five years to develop his dreams in fashion design.
In 2007, he worked as a traineefor Christian Dior where he improved both his love and skills in design andcatwalk.
One year later, he returned homeand made his debut in HCM City. His collections of elegant andeye-catching designs dazzled audiences at the first look.
He has participated in severalfashion events, such as Dep (Beauty) Fashion Show and Vietnam Fashion Week andworked for TV shows such as Project Runway Vietnam and Vietnam’sNext Top Model, as well as with top artists and fashion icons.
He owns three shops in HCM Cityand Hanoi, offering two collections every season costing from 2 million VND (90 USD) to more than 22 million VND (2,000 USD) per item.
The Muse 2 will take place at 7pm on December30 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC) on 799 Nguyen Van Linh street, district 7.-VNA
