It is the fourth destination of its kind inNha Trang city. On the occasion, it received a certificate from the Vietnam GuinnessBook of Records for being the country’s largest mud bath complex on an island.
The area, covering 42,000 sq.m in theeastern part of Hon Tam island, was built at a cost of 115 billion VND (4.92million USD) by the Hon Tam Nha Trang Sea Joint Stock Company.
Along with the MerPerle, Nha Trang city ishome to three other mud bath areas in the 100-Egg Theme Park, the I-resort NhaTrang Hot Mineral Spring and the Thap Ba Hot Springs Centre.
Mud bath is claimed to be an effectiveremedy against inflammations and skin problems thanks to its healing andtherapeutic properties. It is one of the most famous tourism products of KhanhHoa province, drawing hundreds of thousands of customers annually.-VNA
