Da Nang (VNA) – The Ulatech JointStock Company launched a car-hailing app for smartphones called “ULA” in thecentral city of Da Nang on October 14.

The app aims to help passengers and drivers bookcar services and seek customers.

It is also expected to make it easier forVietnamese people to search for restaurants, hospitals and pharmacies.

To encourage Vietnamese people to useVietnam-made products, the application costs Vietnamese drivers less than similarforeign applications. Vietnamese drivers can also use the application for freeduring a trial period.

Anyone withiOS or Android smartphones can download and use theULA app free of charge.-VNA
