Vietnam wants to further develop ties with Tanzania’s NA

Vietnam always respects the relations and multifaceted cooperation with Tanzania and wants to further develop the ties between their two national assemblies, according to Vietnamese Ambassador to Tanzania Nguyen Kim Doanh.

Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam alwaysrespects the relations and multifaceted cooperation with Tanzania and wants tofurther develop the ties between their two national assemblies, according toVietnamese Ambassador to Tanzania Nguyen Kim Doanh.

Doanh made the statement when paying a courtesyvisit to Speaker of the National Assembly of Tanzania Job Yustino Ndugaion September 8. 

The visit reflected the ambassador’s enthusiasmto maintain relations with the National Assembly of Tanzania that will greatlycontribute to further developing the ties of the two countries’ legislativebodies for the benefit of their people, Ndugai said.

He went on to say that the Tanzanian NationalAssembly will actively work to deepen the ties between the two countries.

Ambassador Doanh, for his part, thanked Tanzaniafor supporting Vietnam during the struggle for independence in the past as wellas the national building today.

The long-standing Vietnam-Tanzania relationshave seen substantial progress in multiple fields since the visit of TanzanianPresident Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete to Vietnam in October, 2014 and that ofPresident Truong Tan Sang to Tanzania in March last year.

The Foreign Minister of Tanzania will visitVietnam in late September this year.-VNA
