The Kagawa leaders said they expect towelcome more Vietnamese coming to their prefecture for study and work.
Cuong pledged to support joint projectsbetween Kagawa and Vietnamese localities in trade-finance, education and humanresources.
Kagawa and the northern province ofHai Phong began cooperation in 2005. Governor Hamada Keizo made a visit to HoChi Minh City last year to seek partnerships and promote local potential.
