Since its inception, the Saigon Hi-Tech Park has become an incubator for innovation and a centre for technology transfer in Ho Chi Minh City and the southern region.
The park is one of the three national hi–tech parks of Vietnam which was established under the decision of the Central Government, covering an area of 913 hectares and comprising two phases of development. Aiming at becoming an iconic space of innovation and scientific development.
Apart from attracting investment in hi-tech production, the park also acts as an incubator supporting startups and conducting technology transfer.
It has consistently called for investment projects in high–tech manufacturing, high–tech supporting industries, and especially with strong focus on high–tech R&D – incubation – training projects of international prestige.-VNA
