Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily referenceexchange rate for VND/USD at 22,449 VND per USD on July 10, up 2 VND from therate at the end of last week.

With the current trading band of /- 3 percent, the ceiling rate appliedto commercial banks during the day is 23,114 VND and the floor rate 21,770 VNDper USD.

The opening hour rates at commercial banks on July 10 morning stayed ratherstable.

Vietcombank kept its buying rate unchanged from July 7 at 22,710 VND butincreased the selling rate by 10 VND to 22,790 VND per USD.

BIDV kept both rates unchanged from July 7, at 22,705 VND (buying) and22,775 VND (selling).

The green back is being bought at 22,690 VND and sold at 22,800 VND atTechcombank, the same as on July 7.-VNA
