Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily referenceexchange rate at 23,211 VND per USD on September 10, up 8 VND from the previousday.

With thecurrent trading band of +/-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercialbanks during the day is 23,907 VND/USD and the floor rate, 22,515 VND/USD.

The openinghour rates at commercial banks continued to stay stable.

At 8:25 am,Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 23,060 VND/USD and the selling rate at23,270 VND/USD, both unchanged from previous days.

BIDV alsokept both rates unchanged from September 9, at 23,090 VND/USD (buying) and 23,270VND/USD (selling).

Meanwhile, therates listed at Techcombank were adjusted up by 3 VND, listing at 23,072VND/USD (buying) and 23,272 VND/USD (selling)./.
