The State Bank of Vietnam raised the daily reference VND/USD exchange rate by 7 VND to 22,452 VND per USD on December 8.

Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam raised the daily reference VND/USD exchangerate by 7 VND to 22,452 VND per USD on December 8.

With thecurrent trading band of /- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercialbank during the day is 23,118 VND and the floor rate 21,779 VND per USD.

The openinghour rates stayed stable at major commercial banks.

The sellingrate is listed at 22,680 VND, and the buying rate at 22,750 VND at Vietcombank,BIDV and Vietinbank, which are unchanged from the rates on December 7.-VNA
