Hanoi(VNA) – The State Bank set the reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,124 VNDper USD on December 2, down 3 VND from the day ago.

With the current /- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rateis 22,787 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,461 VND per USD.

In the opening hour, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,635 VND per USD, andthe selling rate at 22,715 VND per USD, up 15 VND from the previous day.

BIDV offered thebuying rate at 22,650 VND per USD, down 30 VND, and the selling rate at 22,730per USD, down 10 VND.

In Techcombank, the buying/selling rates were listed 22,640 – 22,760 VND/USD,up 30 VND and 40 VND, respectively./.
