Hanoi(VNA) – The State Bank set the reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,118 VNDper USD on November 30, down 3 VND from November 29.

With the current /- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rateis 22,781 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,455 VND per USD.

In the opening hour, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,650 VND per USD, andthe selling rate at 22,720 VND per USD, down 30 VND from the previous day.

BIDV offered thebuying rate at 22,640 VND per USD, down 30 VND, and the selling rate at 22,710per USD, down 40 VND from November 29.

In Techcombank, the buying/selling rates were listed 22,630 – 22,740 VND/USD,down 20 VND and 40 VND, respectively.-VNA
