Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank set the reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,118 VNDper USD on November 23, down by 2 VND from November 22.

With the current + /- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rateis 22,782 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,454 VND per USD.

In the opening hour, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,515 VND per USD,up 35 VND, and the selling rate at 22,595 VND per USD, up 15 VND.

Rates were listed 22,500– 22,590 VND/USD at Eximbank, up 10 VND from the day ago.

In Techcombank, the rates were listed 22,480 – 22,600 VND/USD, up 10 VND.

BIDV offered thebuying rate at 22,520 VND per USD and the selling rate at 22,600 per USD,unchanged from November 22./.
