With the current +/- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rateis 23,019 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,679 VND per USD.
Commercial banks maintained their rates stable in the opening hours.
Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,695 VND/USD and the selling rate at 22,765VND/USD, unchanged from the end of last week.
Techcombank kept its buying and selling rates unchanged at 22,685 VND and 22,775VND, per USD.
