One imported case of COVID-19 was reported on December 6, raising the national count to 1,366, according to the National Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control .

Hanoi(VNA) – One imported case of COVID-19 was reported on December 6, raising thenational count to 1,366, according to the National Committee for COVID-19Prevention and Control.

The new patient is aLibyan citizen who came from Qatar and was found infected while staying in quarantinein Hanoi.

A total of 1,220 COVID-19 patients have fully recovered, while the fatalitiesremain at 35.

Among those stillunder treatment, five have tested negative for SARS-CoV-2 once, four twice andtwo thrice.

There are 17,020people who had close contact with COVID-19 patients or arrived frompandemic-hit areas being quarantined across the country./.
