KualaLumpur (VNA) - Malaysia has announced its Islamic Fund and WealthManagement Blueprint for 2017 – 2021, the national news agency Bernamareported.
The51-page blueprint consist of three strategic points to strengthen Malaysia'sposition as a global hub for Islamic funds, a regional centre forshariah-compliant sustainable and responsible investment, as well as aninternational provider of Islamic wealth management services.
Theplan also outlines 11 recommendations for Malaysia to achieve its desirablestatus by 2021, with focuses on addressing growth impediments and identifyingopportunities for collaboration and partnerships.-VNA
