HCM City (VNA) — The Quang Trung Software City Development Co in HCM City iscollaborating with the city Departments of Information and Communications andScience and Technology to set up a centre for supporting businesses achievedigital transformation, it says on its website.

DXCenter, to beestablished in the city’s downtown, will link various components of the digitaleconomy to support digital adoption and efforts to boost digitaltransformation.

It will strengthensupply chains, transfer technologies and innovations, carry out research intodigital products, increase awareness on digital transformation, promotethe innovation eco-system for start-ups, and help businesses develop digitalproducts.

It will also tie up withprominent partners globally for digital transformation and seek funds tosupport digital transformation, evaluate effectiveness of digital products andsupport research and development of digital products and solutions.

HCM City last yearlaunched the Digital Transformation Scheme focused on building e-governance,using information technology to serve the public and businesses and solvingproblems related to social security./.
