Prague (VNA) –
The Czech Republic wantsto introduce its traditional ceramic products to Asian countries, includingVietnam, said Director General of Cesky Porcelan Vladimir Feix.

He toldcorrespondents from the Vietnam News Agency that his company already exports itsceramic products to many European countries and some Asian nations such asJapan and the Republic of Korea.

In its development plan, the company has sentexperts to Vietnam to study the market, as well as investment cooperationopportunities, he added.

The company is ready to train Vietnamesetechnicians who want to work at its factories for a period of 2-3 years and isalso willing to receive Vietnamese workers, he said.

However, legal procedures and regulationsbetween the two countries should be clarified, he suggested.

The implementation of bilateral cooperation inthe field will facilitate goods exchange and technological transfer, thedirector general said.

He added that he received a lot of usefulinformation while attending a business forum between the Czech Republic andVietnam on the occasion of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc’s visit in April2019, which pushed his company to realise its plan in Vietnam.

Cesky Porcelan is one of the most well-knowntraditional ceramic production businesses in the Czech Republic city of Teplice– about 100 km to the north of the capital city of Prague.-VNA
