TheCBSA launched investigations into certain copper pipe fittings exported fromVietnam in October 2017, following a complaint filed by a manufacturer inCambridge, Ontario – Cello Products Inc – who claimed that as a result of priceundercutting from Vietnam, Cello faced losses in sales and market share. Thefirm alleges that it also suffered negative financial results, reducedproduction and employment due to that.
