Hoa said his visit aims toacquire their aspirations and constructive feedback on strengtheningVietnam-Canada ties and national development.
The ambassador updated them aboutdomestic situation and orientations to bilateral ties in the near future,especially education, economic, trade and health care cooperation.
Together with Vietnamese ConsulGeneral in Vancouver Pham Manh Hai, Hoa also answered questions regardingdomestic investment procedures, guarantee for marriage and citizenship.
They took note of suggestionsinvolving administrative procedures, the Party and State’s policies andguidelines targeting overseas Vietnamese.
During the stay, the ambassadorcalled on several outstanding firms owned by Vietnamese in Vancouver, includingthe largest mushroom grower in the west and the third largest in Canada, Champ’sMushroom and one of the largest Asian supermarkets in Vancouver, HenLong.-VNA
