Thanh Hoa (VNA) – Yamaha MotorVietnam presented nearly 11,000 helmets for students in the central province ofThanh Hoa at a ceremony on December 3.

At the ceremony, the National Committee forTraffic Safety awarded winners of contests on decorating helmets decoration anddrawing helmet promotion posters.

As a sideline activity on the day,thousands of students paraded on major streets to promote the use of helmetsfor children.

Since 2003, Yamaha’s social activities havethus far reached 2,140 primary schools across 25 provinces and citiesnationwide, many of which are located in remote areas. The company has giftedalmost 3 million sets of school stationery and helmets for Vietnamesestudents./.
