Atthe event, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee NguyenThi Thu Ha spoke highly of the contributions made by the Hoa Haofollowers to the community. She expressed her belief that the religionwill continue to strengthen national unity and support campaigns run bythe Vietnam Fatherland Front.
She asked relevantorganisations to look after resident livelihoods including Hoa Haofollowers, considering it a crucial mission to build nationalsolidarity.
Vinh Long province is currently home to 30,000 HoaHao followers who have carried out a raft of activities to help theimpoverished.
