At their meeting in Brussels on the sidelines of a commemorativesummit in celebration of the 45th anniversary of ASEAN-EU relations, the minister spoke highly of enthusiasm and value that the VINEU brings to the OV communityand the country.
He asked the organisation to expand its network to form a ‘commonhome’ for the exchange and update of new ideas and technologies in the world, the region and Vietnam.
VINEU is a non-profit organisation established inBerlin on October 16 with a target of bringing together Vietnameseintellectuals and experts to contribute to the sustainable development ofVietnam.
The main activities of VINEU network will includeconsultation and training, investment and business networking, as well asdeveloping a community for experts and technicians. It will coordinatewith the National Innovation Centre (NIC) to deploy various innovationactivities domestically and internationally as part of the Vietnam InnovationNetwork (VIN), an initiative established in 2018 by the MPI in collaborationwith the ministries of Science and Technology, Education and Training, andForeign Affairs.
To date, VIN has 1,000 members across 20 countries, andfive sub-networks in Germany, Japan, Australia, the Republic of Korea, andEurope./.
