VinEco to expand retailing network three times this year

Hanoi(VNA) – VinEco, the agriculture arm of VinGroup, expects to expand itsdistribution network three times to more than 3,500 supermarkets and convenientstores in 2018, said Nguyen Thi Nguyet from VinEco.

VinEcoAgricultural Investment, Development and Productions LLC., an emerging producerof clean farming produces in Vietnam, has been selling its products across 80 outletsof retail chain VinMart and more than 800 VinMart convenient stores all overthe country. Its products are also available at online retailer adayroi.com.

Since early 2015, the company has been at the frontline ofVietnam’s hi-tech, large-scale, certified agricultural production, with focuson clean, standardised crops using technology from Israel, Japan and otherdeveloped countries.

It has developedlarge-scale farms, covering a total area of more than 3,000 hectares, in HaNam, Vinh Phuc, HCM City and more, and established partnership with about 1,000agricultural cooperatives and agribusinesses in 23 cities and provinces.
