Illustrative image. (Photo: VNA)Hanoi (VNA) – TheInternational Exhibition on Shipbuilding, Shipping and Offshore Technology(Vietship 2018) will return for the 9th edition at the NationalConvention Centre in Hanoi from January 24-26.
This year, the exhibition, thecountry’s biggest event of its kind, will draw 163 stands of 97 exhibitors from13 countries, including 59 from Vietnam.
The event will be held by theShipbuilding Industry Corporation (SBIC) to provide buyers andsellers/manufacturers one-to-one meeting to gain better understanding of eachother’s capabilities and seek for future business.
On display will be products in thefields of shipbuilding, ship repair and maintenance technology, material andequipment for shipbuilding, equipment and facility for shipyard, offshoreengineering and facilities, waterway transportation and services, marine supplylogistics, ports technology and equipment, design, insurance and more.
The conference “Shipping and ShipbuildingMarket in Vietnam – Challenges and Opportunities” and a contract signingceremony will take place within the event’s framework.-VNA
