The 2014 MTA Vietnam Show, the largest on manufacturing solutions in the country, got underway in Ho Chi Minh City on July 8, with the participation of many companies from Germany, Japan, Singapore, Thailand and the Republic of Korea.

Jointly organisedby the Singapore Exhibition Services and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerceand Industry’s Exhibition Service Co. Ltd, the four-day exhibitionshowcases products and machines in metal cutting and shaping, and toolsfor Vietnam’s thriving manufacturing industry.

It also gathers world-leading brands like Mazak, Trumdf, Makino, Hwacheon and DMG Mori.

This annual event offers a venue for businesses to seek the latestservices and technologies of precision engineering, machine tools andmetalworking.

Several seminars, including one onhow to increase the competitiveness of Vietnam’s manufacturing sectorin the globalised economy, will be held within the framework of theshow.-VNA
