Vietnam’s largest manufacturing solutions show opens

The 2015 Vietnam Metrology, Tools & Automation (MTA) Show, the largest on manufacturing solutions in the country, opened in Ho Chi Minh City on July 7 with the participation of 350 exhibitors from 20 nations and territories.

The 14thexhibition showcases state-of-the-art products and machines in metalcutting and shaping and tools for Vietnam’s manufacturing industry.

It features 10 booths from Germany,Singapore, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan (China), and India. Italso highlights Japanese brands like Aizaki, Asada, Kira, PMT, Mishimaand Towa.

Executive Director ofthe Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO) in Ho Chi Minh CityYasuzumi Hirotaka hailed the development and potential of Vietnam’smanufacturing industry.

This annual event offersa venue for businesses to seek the latest services and technologies inprecision engineering, machine tools and metalworking.

Several seminars, including one on the development tendencies ofVietnam’s manufacturing sector, are being held within the framework ofthe four-day show.-VNA
