He suggested the two sides enhance collaboration indigital transformation, e-administration, cyberspace management and cybercrimecombat.
The official briefed his guest on Vietnam’ssocio-economic situation, as well as remarkable achievements Hanoi made in thefirst nine months of this year, and noted his hope that he and the VientianeMayor will reach consensus on coordination formats at different levels in orderto raise capacity in some new technology areas.
For his part, Athsaphangthongsuggested promoting cooperation activities to build a democratic politicalsystem at the district level, and expressed his hope for closer, and moreintensive, extensive and practical cooperation between Hanoi and Vientiane./.
