The seminar themed“export solutions for Vietnamese products-how to apply online marketingmeasures” was jointly held by the HCM City Department of Industry andTrade (DoIT) and the Emerald Digital Marketing (EDM) Company inVietnam .
On addressing the seminar, EDM’s ManagingDirector Nguyen Khoa Hong Thanh said, as advertising products online isbecoming more and more popular around the world, Vietnamese enterprisesneed to consider this method to boost their development, besides usingtraditional marketing tools such as newspapers, radio and television.
The statistics office at the Ministry of Industry andTrade also revealed that half of the Vietnamese businesses that havestarted marketing online have been able to increase their export value.
In the past, HCM City has put in place manyprogrammes and policies to help facilitate online trade promotions,according to the DoIT./.
