Nearly 50 Vietnamese exhibitors are present at the 15th World of Food Asia trade show (Thaifex) in Bangkok, Thailand from May 29 – June 2.

Bangkok (VNA) - Nearly 50 Vietnamese exhibitors arepresent at the 15th World of Food Asia tradeshow (Thaifex) in Bangkok, Thailand from May 29 – June 2.

Stalls by Vinamilk, TrungNguyen, Vinamit attract many visitors. In particular, the space “organic andnatural village” with dried fruits, rice, processed coconuts, organic milk, andproducts with geographical indication such as Phu Quoc fish sauce, Binh Phuoccashew nuts, Ben Tre grapefruits is also a focus of the event.

On the sidelines of the tradeshow, the Vietnamese embassy in Thailand’s Commercial Office and the Business Associationof High Quality Vietnamese Goods organised a seminar on connecting ASEAN firmswith partners.

The event aimed to seek solutionsto challenges brought about by the fourth industrial revolution, shareexperience in commercialising products.

On the occasion, manyVietnamese and Thai enterprises met and signed contracts in the field of foodand beverages.

The trade show is co-hostedby the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Department of International TradePromotion of Thailand.-VNA
